Some Canadian sources say free spins are bundled into the Guts welcome package, and a few describe them as wager-free. But the number of spins conflicts source to source, so I won't quote a figure as fact. Where any spins come from is the welcome offer - not a standalone free-spins deal.
/go/This is the part of the Guts bonus that people most want a clean answer on, and it's the part with the least agreement. Certain CA review portals list wager-free spins alongside the first-deposit match; others don't mention spins at all. When the count itself changes between write-ups, quoting "50 spins" or "100 spins" as gospel would be dishonest.
Where the spins actually come from
There is no evidence of a separate Guts free-spins promotion you claim on its own. When spins appear, they ride inside the deposit welcome package - the same offer whose match size and wagering are reported three different ways. That's why I keep the full picture on the welcome bonus page and refuse to pin a spin count here.

The slots spins usually run on
When a Pragmatic Play-heavy casino like Guts attaches spins to an offer, they typically land on the studio's headline titles rather than anything obscure. Expect names like Gates of Olympus - 96.50% RTP, high volatility, a 5,000x max win - or Sweet Bonanza, the candy cluster-tumble slot at 96.51% RTP with a 21,100x ceiling.
Those are useful even if no spins materialise: both run in free demo mode with identical maths, so you can see the volatility for yourself before deciding whether the welcome offer is worth the deposit. If spins are the only reason you're signing up, temper the expectation - the count is unconfirmed and could be smaller than a portal implies.
If the offer screen names something outside that Pragmatic shortlist, it's not necessarily a mistake - supporting studios like Red Tiger are also in the Guts library and run in the same free demo mode.
Guts free spins terms: what is reported
Free spins at Guts are a sub-term of the welcome offer, so their rules are the welcome offer's rules plus whatever the offer screen says about the spins themselves. Where no source states a figure, the table says so rather than filling the gap.
| Term | What is reported | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Number of spins | Varies between sources | Not confirmed - read the offer screen |
| Wagering on spin winnings | Some CA portals say wager-free | Not universal - check the offer screen |
| Eligible slot | Usually a headline Pragmatic Play title | Named on the offer screen |
| Attached to | The first-deposit welcome offer | No standalone free spins deal confirmed |
| Match on the deposit | 100%, cap C$200 or C$1,000 depending on source | Sources conflict |
| Deposit wagering | 20x, 35x or 40x depending on source | Sources conflict |
| Minimum deposit | About C$10 | Consistent |
| Code needed | None - opt-in | Consistent |
| Validity of spins | Not stated by any source this guide uses | Check the cashier |
How to check for and claim Guts free spins
Because the spins live inside the welcome package, claiming them is the same process as claiming the match. The only extra step is reading the spin details before you deposit:
- Open the official Guts site and start a new account with CAD as the currency.
- On the welcome offer screen, look for a free spins line: the number of spins, the eligible slot, any wagering on spin winnings and how long the spins stay valid.
- Screenshot that screen. It is the only binding version of the offer, and portals disagree on what it shows.
- Tick the welcome offer opt-in. There is no free spins code to enter.
- Deposit at least about C$10 with a qualifying method such as Interac, Visa or Mastercard, since some e-wallet and prepaid deposits can disqualify the whole package, spins included.
- Open the named slot from your account and check the spin counter before you start.
Spin counts you may see quoted
Searches for "Guts 10 free spins", "15 free spins" and "20 free spins" all circulate, along with the same question in Polish, Spanish and other languages. None of those counts is confirmed by a source this guide relies on, and some of them may describe older promotions or other casinos with similar names. The honest position is that the count depends on the offer live when you register. If it matters to you, the offer screen settles it in seconds and costs nothing to check.
Slots where Guts free spins usually land
Guts leans heavily on Pragmatic Play, and casinos built that way tend to attach spins to the studio's best-known titles. These are the figures for the slots most likely to show up, all available in free demo mode so you can see how they behave before any spins are credited:
| Slot | RTP | Volatility | Max win |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sweet Bonanza | 96.51% | High | 21,100x |
| Big Bass Bonanza | 96.71% | High | 2,100x |
| Fruit Party | 96.50% | High | 5,000x |
| Gates of Olympus | 96.50% | High | 5,000x |
| Wolf Gold | 96.01% | Medium | 2,500x |
High volatility matters for spins: on a small batch of fixed-value spins, a high-volatility slot usually returns little and occasionally a lot. That is why a spin count alone says little about value. The slots hub has the full notes on each title.
Free spins vs. a no deposit offer
The spins discussed here need a deposit, because they come with the welcome match. A no-deposit spin offer would be credited on registration alone, and no such offer is confirmed at Guts. Pages that promise "Guts free spins no deposit" are describing something no source can show on the casino's side. If you want a zero-cost look at the games, demo mode is the real option; the no deposit bonus page explains the difference.
Turning spin winnings into a withdrawal
If the spins on your offer screen are wager-free, their winnings go to your cash balance; if they carry wagering, the winnings join the bonus balance and stay locked until it is cleared. Either way, cashing out follows the normal Guts rules: a minimum withdrawal of about C$20, e-wallet payouts quoted at 0-24 hours, Interac and cards at 1-5 days, and KYC on the first withdrawal. Verification delays are the most common complaint about Guts, so upload your documents early. The withdrawal page has the full detail, including the conflicting reports on withdrawal limits.
Pros
- Any spins that exist ride inside a real MGA-licensed welcome offer (Zecure Gaming, eCOGRA-audited)
- Some CA portals describe them as wager-free - a genuine plus if true on your offer screen
- Headline Pragmatic Play slots run free in demo mode regardless of spins
Cons
- The spin count conflicts between sources - no reliable number
- No standalone free-spins promotion is confirmed
- Some e-wallet/prepaid deposits can disqualify the whole welcome offer, spins included
Check whether spins are on your offer screen at sign-up
The move that settles it: open the sign-up offer screen and read what's actually there. If spins are included, the count, the eligible slot and any wagering will be stated. That screen beats every affiliate estimate - mine included. For how the wider match works, the welcome bonus page has the full source-by-source breakdown.
